I agree that, subject to a specific employment agreement signed by MemorialCare and me, my employment can be terminated at will, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, either at my option or at the option of MemorialCare. I further understand that nothing contained in the application, or conveyed during any interview which may be granted or during my employment, if hired, is intended to create an employment contract between me and MemorialCare. I further understand that no employee or representative of MemorialCare, other than the President of MemorialCare Medical Group, has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specific period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing. Any such agreement must be in writing signed by the President.
